ABOUT US
IN 5 MIN.
WE LIVE
FOR THE MOMENT

WE are the guardians of integrity in the game, ensuring that every player, regardless of background or skill level, gets a fair shot. This is our way to model justice, consistency, and the values that ripple beyond the court... the scorebook... the rules... into life.

WE have an onboarding process that sets up membership for success. It includes, but is not limited to:

-
Setting Milestones: Orientation, shadowing, supervised games, and independent analysis are just some of the areas of focus.

-
Progress Tracking: We use checklists & digital tools to monitor development in rules knowledge, mechanics, and game management.
WE LAUGH
WITH EACH OTHER

WE build relationships via "Mentor Matching": We pair new officials with experienced mentors based on personality, experience level, and learning style. The goal is to HAVE FUN while doing what we love!

AT OURSELVES

WE learn patience, humility, decisiveness, and how to:
-
handle conflict
-
stay composed
-
own mistakes.
Every time we acknowledge missing a call, we are teaching accountability. Every time we are calm during heated moments, we are teaching Emotional Intelligence (EI). Why? We do this because healthy "EI" improves communication, reduces stress, defuses conflicts, and strengthens relationships—especially during games, where leadership and teamwork are needed.
WE LOVE
OUR YOUTH... OUR FUTURE

WE see ourselves in the student athletes we serve often. It is important that they know someone’s watching, someone cares, even if it’s just through a whistle and a nod.

WE become silent mentors who show up consistently, staying calm under pressure, while treating everyone with respect. For some kids, especially those from tough environments, WE might be one of the few stable, respectful adult figures they encounter regularly.

WE are former players or coaches who still feel the heartbeat of basketball in our veins.
Through officiating, WE can stay close to the game we adore, but with a new purpose...one that’s about service rather than glory.

YOU GOTTA LOVE IT WHEN THEY BOO!! LOL
