EBBOA Online Ejection Form

Officials are responsible for notifying the EBBOA within 24 hours of an ejection.  You may either use the form below to report the ejection, or you may call Clarence Mapp at (510) 636-1004 and leave a message with the following details concerning the ejection.  Either way, any ejection must be reported promptly and accurately.  If multiple players were ejected, please complete and submit the form multiple times for each player that was ejected.  Thank you.
